Lufthansa Airlines is providing an astronaut menu for all the fliers going out of Germany. Lufthansa passengers will able to experience what astronauts call a bonus meal. This kind of meal is used when the astronauts miss eating familiar flavours. This meal is available on the menu for all business class passengers.
The event coincides with the six-month program of German astronaut Alexander Gerst, who is based at the International Space Station. An Astronauts diet is not all that bad. According to the NASA chef Maya Cooper, astronauts are now able to enjoy a wide variety of meals from crab cakes to pizzas and even desserts.
