Alphabet in talks to deliver food via drones

Alphabet, which is the parent company of Google, is currently in talks about making a major move in the food industry.

They are reportedly talking with fast food chains like Dominos, whole foods and many others about a potential association. The idea would be to deliver food via drones.

“It’s the first time that we’re actually out there delivering stuff to people who want that stuff,” project manager Dave Vos told Bloomberg.

Talks with Starbucks failed

It was tested earlier this year when they delivered Chipotle Burritos to students at Virginia Tech. Alphabet was also in talks with Starbucks but apparently, the talks have broken down.
