The foodies that love baseball could be in for a treat thanks to this new food innovation. Terrapin Beer Co. has come up with a new baseball bat flavored beer named Terrapin’s Chopsecutioner beer.
“We brew the Chopsecutioner and after the fermentation we transfer the beer onto the wood chips and then cool the beer down and age it,” Terrapin co-founder Brian “Spike” Buckowski told.
Brian also noted that the wood chips that they use for making the beer is comes from the production process of the bats.
“There’s some waste from bats from when they spin them down or carve them down and that’s the product that we use to age the beer.” He added.
