It also contains small amounts of calcium, phosphorous, potassium, thiamine, niacin, and carotene. The best part about coriander is its impact on the digestive system. All you have to do is make a coriander tea and consume.

For making it, take one tablespoon of coriander seeds and add it to a cup of boiling water. Let it steep for ten minutes after which you can strain and serve.
