Cakes made from vegetables are providing a healthy option for the foodies

If you are one of those foodies that loves to munch on some cakes but does not want to reap the bad impact of the food item, then Vegetable cakes might just be the thing for you.

The cakes, which are made from vegetables, makes use of soy flavoured sponge, gluten free icing and the ingredients other than vegetables are sugar free, low carb and of course Vegan.

The cakes are created by Misuki Moriyasu from Japan and claims that the cakes are “fun to look at, fun to eat and full of joy using a new shape of salad.”
