While chewing gum does the trick perfectly, there are some problems that come with it. Chewing too much gum can result in stomach ache and bloat. This is because of the extra intake of air while chewing gum.

This airs fills up our windpipe and causes pressure in the abdominal area. It can also result in bloating. Too much gum can also result in aching jaws.
