According to a new study published on Mice, Adding cinnamon to your coffee can add protection to your heart and your brain. In addition to this, it can also reduce the chances of cancer.
All you have to do is, stir ½ tsp. of cinnamon into your cup of coffee. Alternatively, you can brew your coffee with 1tsp. of cinnamon which is mixed right into the grounds.
