For making these, you are going to need:

  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger

The only equipment that you will need is a blender. To make the Healthy Breakfast Smoothie:

  • Add liquid to the blender first.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend well.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
