How to cut the risk of diabetes

A recently study has shown that high vitamin D levels during childhood can curb the risk of diabetes later in life. The study was published on the journal, Diabetes and it showed the association between Vitamin D during infancy and childhood with diabetes in adulthood.

The best source of vitamin D for infants is breast milk. Meanwhile, for other children, small amounts of yogurt, orange juice, and fish could get the required Vitamin D. Being exposed to direct sunlight at times can also help to meet the requirements.
