Eating food without salt is probably a nightmare for the foodies out there. But keeping a tab on the amount of food one consumes can probably give you some perks.
One among this is quality sleep. According to a new study conducted at the Nagasaki University in Japan, cutting down on Sleep could get you a good sleep. The studies also showed that reducing salt can restrict the number of times that one has to go to the toilet during nights, which also contributes to giving a good sleep.
