A new study has revealed that people who tend to use Dating apps are more prone to having eating disorders when compared to people that don’t use such apps. The study was carried out on American adults.
The reason behind the direct impact of dating apps on eating habits is due to many factors such as erratic sleep schedules and more screen time among others. The study also noted that people who use dating apps might go to extreme lengths to lose weight and fall into unhealthy habits.
