Can eating fruits be unhealthy as well?

- Pineapple: The amount of fibre present in it makes it a good food for digestion. But pineapple carried around 16.2 grams of sugar per cup.
- Cherries: Presence of anti-oxidants in the cherries makes them a healthy option for anyone. But they also contain 17 grams of sugar per cup and could be lethal if consumed beyond moderation.
- Pomegranate: Pomegranate has double the amount of sugar than the above-mentioned fruits as it holds around 39 grams of sugar per fruit. It, however, has many health benefits but it’s important to eat it in moderation.
