If you have been following a strict diet but still struggle to lose weight, there might be a reason for it. According to a new research, the problem could be with the dietary food that you eat.
The same was revealed in an experiment conducted by the University of Georgia. Eating a balanced diet was found to be healthier when compared to eating dietary food.
“Most so-called diet products containing low or no fat have an increased amount of sugar and are camouflaged under fancy names, giving the impression that they are healthy, but the reality is that those foods may damage the liver and lead to obesity as well,” said principal investigator of the research Krzysztof Czaja,
