People who are conscious about their diet often choose food items based on the nutrients it has. Food items that contain fat are usually kept away. But many scientists are suggesting that we should not keep away food items just because it has fatty content.
For instance, Cheese is one such food item that often gets ignored due to its fatty content. But Cheese does have some great benefits.
“Current research clearly demonstrates important health benefits of cheese for prevention of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancers. All the positive effects are due to a complex interaction between beneficial bacteria, minerals and bio-active cheese ingredients,” explained University of Copenhagen nutrition professor Arne Astrup.
