Fatigue: Consuming this food item will help you

If you are suffering from fatigue, then you probably understand why it is important to get rid of the condition. It can take a big toll on your daily activities and can hamper your productivity as well.

A new study has found that consuming a cup of hot cocoa daily may reduce the chances of fatigue. This worked particularly well on people suffering from Multiple Sclerosis.

This is due to the presence of a component called flavonoid in cocoa. The study also noted that tiredness is a symptom that is seen in most of the people who suffer from degenerative conditions.

Earlier, many studies have suggested that consuming cocoa solids or dark chocolate with 70 to 85 per cent of dark cocoa may help improve condition in people suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.
