Depending on seasons, our body undergoes many changes. One such example is the hunger that we feel during winters. Compared to other seasons, we humans will be hungrier during winters. And there is a scientific reason behind this as well.
During winter months, our body becomes more defensive in order to keep us warm. There is an energy drop and our body drops into starvation mode. Thanks to this switch, there arises a feeling that there are not enough nutrients in our blood.
And this results in the increased hunger in the winter season.
