How to figure out if you are allergic to peanuts

Developing allergy to peanuts is a common phenomenon. A lot of foodies out there suffer from this problem and it’s not easy to figure it out as well.

Usually, most people realize about the condition when it’s too late. But you can actually figure it out early if your body starts to react in a weird manner. Some symptoms related to peanut allergy are itchy skin, red spots on the skin, runny and congested nose.

Some people can even develop wheezing. So if any of these symptoms poke up after eating peanuts, it’s better if you keep the food item away for good.
