We are careful when it comes to avoiding fatty food from our diet. But there are certain food items out there that comes with saturated and trans fat which we usually tend to ignore. These food items, however, can been dangerous to our health and should only be consumed in moderation. Below is a list of such items that you should reduce.
- Frozen food: The frozen food items are heavily processed and can contain high levels of sugar and sodium.
- Whole milk: 57 percent of fat calories of whole milk come from saturated fat which can in turn cause a lot of health problems.
- Butter: The fact that butter contains fat is not a secret. A teaspoon of butter has around 2.5 g of saturated fat from a total of 4g fat.
- Potato Chips: An ounce of potato chips contains 150 calories and from this, 90 calories are contributed from fat.
