Gluten-free food is the new trend

Despite not having any celiac diseases, Americans have been avoiding Gluten for some reason. Around an estimated about of 3.1 million people with no such diseases have been avoiding Gluten.

With no proof about the benefits of a strict gluten-free diet, such decisions from the population could prove that the current generation is overly obsessed with how healthy their food is. The global gluten-free market is expected to show a rise of 6 percent between now and 2019.
