Grey Hair: 3 Food Items you can use

Grey hair is normally associated with old age, though it can also be seen in young people. Many chemical hair colors contain ammonia, which is an industrial bleaching agent and severely harms the hair in the long run. Try to avoid chemical based dyes and use herbal ones instead. 

Here are some natural food items you can use.

Coffee: Coffee is an effective way to add shine and color to your hair. Mix about 1/2 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp of coffee grounds and 1 cup of hair conditioner. Then apply it to hair and wash it after an hour.

Lemon juice: Lemon juice can change your hair color permanently. Mix some coconut oil with fresh lemon juice. Gently massage it into your scalp, then comb it through the entire length of your hair. Leave it for an hour and then wash it out. 

Sage: Sage stops the growth of grey hair and restores natural hair color. Boil the sage leaves in water. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down. Spray the liquid all over the hair. Allow it to sit for two hours and then wash with a mild shampoo.
