The Grocery stores in the United States are making a bold move by dedicating more space for fresh food items. Such a move has displaced some big food brands from the shelves and it is expected to result in a financial blow for these brands as well.

The move from the Grocery stores, however, comes due to the changing preference of the customers. The shoppers are apparently more interested in getting fresh foods items. Less shelf space for packaged foods is also seen as a healthy move.
