Even though we eat a lot of fruits, we are barely aware of the seeds that we can eat and the seeds that we should not eat.
Orange seeds are also known to cause a similar confusion. While certain people suggest that it should be kept away others are of the opinion that it’s fine to eat them.
But what’s the truth?
According to an Indian based nutritionist, Orange seeds are not known to cause any major harm. If you bite them, they do add a bitter taste to your mouth and add some extra fibre to your diet. Chewing and eating Orange seeds can also give you some health benefits due to the anti-oxidants present in them. But then again, you will have to adjust with the bitter taste.
