A heavy breakfast might help you lost weight, suggests study

A study conducted at the Loma Linda University School of public health has found that having a large breakfast could help you maintain the body mass index.

The study was conducted on more than 50,000 participants and it was found that making breakfast the biggest meal of the day can reduce the BMI.

“Before age 60 years, those eating calories earlier in the day had less weight gain” the author of the study noted.

Eating breakfast rather than skipping it also had a good impact on the BMI.
