A portion of the foodies out there have a perception that eating Eggs during the summer season is not a good idea. However, if we eat in moderation, consuming eggs during summer is not a problem according to Indian Nutritionist and Dietitian Mehar Rajput.
“It is completely okay to have eggs in summer, though in moderation. They are important and provide different vitamins and minerals to keep your energy level high. Eggs have a tendency to produce heat in our body and can cause indigestion and discomfort.” He said.
He also recommended that having up to two eggs per day do not cause many problems. Anything beyond this number could raise the body temperature and could lead to bowel problems as well.
