Most of the people start their day by having a cup of coffee. Some even consider them as a stress reliever that can give mental and physical relaxation. But have you ever thought about its side effects?
As you know, the drink contains caffeine. This can cause insomnia, nervousness and restlessness. Also, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, increased heart and breathing rate, are other side effects related to caffeine.
