What could be the relation between the risk of breast cancer and your eating habit?
A new study conducted at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health in Spain has revealed a shocking relationship between the two.
A new study conducted showed that people who have their evening meal before 9 pm or two hours before they go to sleep have approximately 20% lower risk of breast cancer.
“Our study concludes that adherence to diurnal eating patterns is associated with a lower risk of cancer. The findings highlight the importance of assessing circadian rhythms in studies on diet and cancer,” noted the lead author.
Which means that it is better to avoid eating after 10 pm or eating right before you go to bed.
