All you have to do is place the chillies on a plate and cover the whole plate with aluminium foil. Put the plate in the refrigerator and allow it to freeze for six to seven hours. After this, take out the chillies and store it in an air-tight container and put it back in the fridge. This way, the chillies can stay fresh for more than two months.
