It’s no secret that Brain is one of the most important organs in our body. And this is why it’s important to take care of our brain in every way possible.

Just like the other organs in our body, the brain is also impacted by what we have on our plate. Certain food items have an adverse effect on it’s working when other food items boost it.

The brain only needs one kind of fat throughout its lifetime and its polyunsaturated long-chain fats such as Omega-3s. These are found in food items like salmon, mackerel, and sardine among others. If you are a vegan and don’t want to have fish, you can go for flax and chia seeds.
