McDonald’s is now hiring teenagers with the help of Snapchat. The food chain has formed an association with Snapchat in Australia to come up with a new filter which allows the users to see how they would look like in a McDonald’s uniform.
The teenagers who are interested in applying for the job can record a 10 second video with the filter.
“For young people who apply to McDonald’s, it’s normally their first job. Really, when we’re assessing the opportunity for them to come and join our 100,000 crew base, we’re really looking at attitude and enthusiasm. I think within 10 seconds, we can get that across.” McDonald’s Australian digital director Mark Wheeler told.
The campaign is called ‘snaplication’ and can be found following a link on the McDonald’s website.
