All three meals of the day (even four, five or six for some) are important if you are on a course to lose weight.
Even if you eat many meals a day, what matters most is what you eat.
For instance, there are some things that need to be avoided as breakfast if you are trying to shed some pounds.
Pancakes and waffles are an example. Though it’s a hearty meal, it is comparatively high in fat, calories and sodium. Being made with refined flour and topping with high-sugar syrups make it more problematic.
Muffins should also be a no-no. The presence of sugar is what pulls muffins back. Sausage should be avoided as well due to the fatty content and sausage is also known to promote huger later during the day.
