This patient blames hospital food for delayed recovery

Giselle Dye, from Portobello in Edinburgh has pointed fingers towards hospital food for her delayed recovery.

She had undergone surgery on a benign brain tumour and was in hospital for a month after the surgery. She claims that she could’ve been home in half the time if the hospital food was better.

“Obviously I was very weak after the surgery but I felt I was not getting enough of all the right things to eat.” She told.
