A good portion of the restaurants out their opt for Classical music rather than going with pop music. And in case you did not know, this is a psychological trick to make the customers spend more.

According to a psychology research study conducted by the University of Leicester, playing classical music makes the diners spend more at the restaurant. Such music apparently makes the customers feel more affluent.

Meanwhile, in restaurants that played pop music, people were seen spending 10 % less on their meals.
