It’s hard to imagine our food items without salt in it. The ingredient adds the much needed taste factor but at the same time, it comes in with some problems. There are some problems that could be caused by the over usage of salt and cutting back on the usage is recommended to avoid the following.

  • Dry mouth
  • Headaches
