Red Chilli peppers are known for their ability to spice up our taste buds. But not many know that Red Chilli peppers can also curb appetite and in turn aid weight loss. This is due to the presence of the compound called capsaicin in the pepper.
According to a research which was conducted, people who consumed red chili peppers with breakfast had a lesser appetite before lunch. Also, they were seen to consume less protein and fat during the lunch. Another study showed that chili peppers can reduce the calorie and carbohydrate consumption as well.
