Nonprofit organization Stop Hunger has come up with a new movement in Brazil. The restaurants that take part in the movement will serve dishes which are one-third smaller than the regular size and yet charge customers full amount.
The earnings from doing so will be donated to the non-profit organization to fight child hunger.
“The amount of food wasted worldwide is outrageous. And at the same time, we have people starving throughout the world. We have to fight this contradiction.” The project coordinator mentioned.
Currently around sixty restaurants are taking part in the project.
