You will no longer worry about wasting fruits at home thanks to his new device created by Taiwanese startup Alchema. The device allows you to connect with a smartphone and make wine and cider with the fruit you have.
The fruit is added to the pitcher with sugar, yeast and water and will be brewed for a couple of weeks. With the smartphone, the users can then decide how sweet and alcoholic their drink should be. It costs around £400, is currently only available in the US, Canada, and Taiwan.
“What better way to reduce food waste at home then by turning leftover fruit into delicious hard cider or wine,” said CEO Oscar Chang
