Starbucks staff accused of throwing out homeless man who wanted to buy food

The Starbucks staff at the Buchanan store in Glasgow has been accused of throwing out ahomeless man who tried to buy food from the store.

Ed Cheung, who saw the incident wrote about it on Facebook and urged people to boycott the store. According to Ed, the homeless man had money to buy the food, but the staff binned the food that the homeless man touched and then ‘high-fived’ after throwing him out.

“The man had the money to pay for the food because my friend gave him it!! Come on it’s 2017, get your head out your a***. “ Ed said.

Starbucks meanwhile noted that the person was difficult to deal with and also said that his behaviour was a recurring issue.
