Taking photos of your food might help you lose some pounds according to a new study. The new research suggests that uploading images of your food will help you keep track of the dietary intake and in turn, help you to lose weigh on the longer run.
Called Image-based dietary assessment (IBDA), the process involves capturing pictures of the food you had. The images will then be monitored by Dieticians so that proper advices could be given about the consumption of food items that increase the risk of overweight.
Experts say that the technique could reduce the inaccuracies that might occur in other techniques.
