It is always good to shed some pounds and detox your body if you want that extra glow in your face. There are some eating habits that you can follow for valentines week and we are going to list them down below.
Eat at a predefined time: It is important to have all your major meals eaten at the same time daily.
Avoid processed food: Fresh Foods and seasonal whole foods are only recommended and you should keep the processed food items away.
Vegetables and fruits: Eat unlimited quantities of fresh vegetables and at least two whole fruits per day.
