The calorie count is measured with respect to 100 grams of each food item. When it comes to Pizza and Hamburger, the winner here is Hamburger. It holds 295 calories per 100 grams compared to the 266 calories of Pizza. In short, hamburger gives you more calories per 10 grams you eat.
Excess fat is not something you would want in your food. Therefore, the food with the least amount of total fat will be the winner here. 100 grams of Hamburger has 14 grams of fat while Pizza only holds 10 grams. So if you don’t want any fat in your body, Pizza should be your choice.
Having Proteins in your body is always a great thing, especially when you are in the growing period. Pizza holds a total protein content of 11 grams per 100 gram when Hamburger has 17 grams.
Hamburger stuff in a total amount of 24 gram of Carbohydrate compared to the 33-gram carbohydrates in Pizzas. Pizza is the clear winner here if it is meant for people who want to put on some muscles.
This is the tie-breaker here. As you already know, Cholesterol is not good for health. 100 grams of Hamburger carries a whopping 47 mg of Cholesterol while Pizza carries on 17 mg. That is less than half the amount of Hamburger.
Final Winner: Thanks to the low amount of Cholesterol and fat, Pizza is the clear winner here. But then again, it is only by a narrow margin.
