There is an understanding among foodies that white sugar is bad for you while brown sugar is good. But is it a fact or a myth?
Well, according to studies, the whole thing is a myth. In fact, Brown sugar contains only small traces of minerals meaning that it is not actually beneficial to us. At the same time, it leads to the same kind of calorie consumption since it is sugar after all.
So next time you visit your favourite café, think twice about choosing brown sugar over the white one as it does not give any major health benefits.
