Unicorn Ramen is here

Unicorn Ramen is the latest entry into the world of weird foods. Served in Tokyo’s Kipposhi restaurant, the recipe makes use of blue savory broth which comes from spirulina algae.

The algae has anti-aging properties and also gives the ramen it’s unique hue, which in turn helps it to get the name: Unicorn Ramen.

Apart from the broth, the dish also has greens, salted eggs and roast chicken in it.
