Food Blogger Annem Hobson is in the headlines now for taking away the attention from Chocolate when it comes to Easter Eggs. While chocolates are used primarily to create the Easter eggs, Annem has taken a different path and decided make the Easter Eggs with Solid blocks of cheese.
Aptly named the Cheester Eggs, it came thanks to her collaboration with artisan cheese company Wildes Cheese and it is based on the company’s Napier Cheese which is hard and has creamy texture.
“Chocolate is okay, but it’s a little boring, and frankly I’m sick of seeing it dominating key retail periods. Cheese is what excites me, so I’m thrilled my plans for a Cheester Egg have finally hatched and that the Cheese Advent Calendar is becoming a reality.” Hobson said.
