Pineapple is one of those food items that we overlook when we are on a diet. We often ignore it for one reason or the other but in theory, eating pineapple is a great way to keep a tab on the body fat.
Pineapple comes with enough sugar which is beneficial for growing kids; however, the amount is well below the limits that could cause problems. The amount of fat from the fruit is negligible as well. The best part, however, is the presence of fibres.
