Next time you are craving for smoking a cigarette but you are trying to stop smoking at the same time, try drinking a glass of milk.

According to a research, alcohol, and caffeine is known to enhance the taste of cigarettes. However, milk has the capability of making it taste bitter. This is the reason why we find it hard to smoke after we’ve had milk.

So next time you come across a hard situation where you have a restless urge to smoke, gulp down a glass of milk. This essentially ruins the experience of smoking and hopefully would make you drop the idea.
