Why the risk of food poisoning is high with Raw sprouts


Raw Sprouts is not the type of food item that you might find unhealthy. However, the risk of getting food poisoning through raw sprouts is quite high.

This is because of the sprout bacteria outbreaks. Over the past two decades, we have come across around 30 bacterial outbreaks with salmonella and E.coli being the most notable ones. Keeping an eye out for all these outbreaks and eating healthy would be a major headache for the foodies out there.
