This trick can apparently make you eat more vegetables

We might’ve done a lot of things to add more veggies into our diet. But ever tried reading the descriptive labels of vegetables?

Well, according to a new study, reading the labels can make you eat more vegetables. Indulgent descriptors of vegetables are what do the trick. The study was conducted by the Stanford University’s Psychology Department and the research saw around  23 per cent increase in the selection of vegetables when the eaters read the labels.
