How apple aids weight loss

Apple is perhaps one of the most under rated food items out there. Though we say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away , we overlook the good qualities of apples almost all the time.

One thing that apples help us in is weight loss. Apple has a substance called pectin which makes you feel full. This in turn prevents you from over eating. As it takes time to eat apple, it also tricks our brain to think that we are full.
