Not having to put any limits on what you eat is a dream scenario for the foodies. However, most of the food items out there do not give us this luxury. Almost every food item comes with one or other limit, which if passed can result in problems.

You can eat celery as much as you want as one serving only carries six calories. And the best part is, ninety-five per cent of the vegetable is water.
Similar to the case with Celery, a good portion of cucumber is just water. The skin and the seeds come with high nutritious value and on top of all these; it keeps you hydrated as well.
One serving of lettuce only carries around 10 to 20 calories. It might not provide the proteins that you need for your body but Lettuce does give you some essential vitamins.
