Popular talk show host Oprah Winfrey has launched her own food brand. She is venturing into the healthy packaged food market and the new expansion will be named “O, That’s Good”. Initially, it will be produced by Kraft Heinz.
Earlier, Winfrey had applied trademark for “Oprah’s Kitchen” and the name change proved to be surprising. It is expected to be on the supermarket shelves by this week and will be “refrigerated comfort food” according to many reports.
Speaking about the same, Winfrey said the following to USA Today.
“I was sitting at my table in my own home and had whipped up some cauliflower, trying to make myself think I was eating mashed potatoes, but it was not working. So I thought, ‘What if I used a portion of the mashed potatoes and added the cauliflower? Then, I would have a substantive mashed potato-cauli dish.’”
